Returns Policy
At Infinityvape.ca, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns policy carefully before submitting a request.
Claim Period
For orders with a single product, the claim period is 48 hrs. For orders with 2 products, you have 10 days. For orders with 3 or more products, you will have 30 days to make a claim.
Return Conditions
- Defective products must be returned with their individual packaging box. Any product without its packaging (box) will not be accepted.
- You must notify us as soon as you realize the product is defective. A waiting period deemed too long or a claim for multiple products at once at the end of the maximum period will require an in-depth analysis of the situation and may lead to refusal of a refund or exchange.
- Clearance products are considered final sale and not subject to a claim.
Eligibility
Only the following defects are eligible for the returns policy;
- DOA (Dead on Arrival): The device does not work right out of the box.
- Burnt taste: A concentration of sugar contained in the liquids occurs during the use of devices. This is relatively normal after about 80% of the liquid has been consumed. For this reason, only products with more than 80% liquid remaining will be considered.
- Leakage: Liquid leaks from your device (more common with pods).
- Battery problem: The battery does not charge or drains too quickly.
- Short circuit: Electronic defect observed after the first puffs.
- Receipt of damaged product: Whether due to the delivery service or any other reason, if you receive your order and products are damaged, notify us immediately.
- Major flavor issue: If the flavor is really not what it should taste like. Personal preference will not be considered.
- Any errors on our part: If you receive the wrong product from us.
Return Procedure
- Send an email to support@infinityvape.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Await our confirmation and shipping instructions.
- A return label will be provided to you. Ship the product as soon as possible.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, except in case of an error on our part.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a product of equal or greater value (difference to be paid). Contact us to initiate an exchange.
